Longyan parent-child and senior-friendly itinerary

The core of the Longyan parent-child line and the elderly line is to control the driving distance: do not cross two counties in a single day, arrange lunch breaks in the county, and red teaching focuses on sitting and listening instead of standing for long periods of time.

The cross-county drive takes 1-1.5 hours, and the lunch break is fixed at the county hotel; the walking target is within 8,000 steps.
