We don’t use one low-price number to cover all needs. Guide language, date, number of people, service length, cross-city transportation and group organization requirements will all affect the quotation. Define the scope first, and then give written details.

Four types of services, four quotation logics
Local tour guide: Confirm according to the service scope and duration of half-day or full-day, and explain the meeting and ending locations, explanation points and transportation connections. Multilingual reception: Confirm by language, interpretation setting, city and dispatch arrangement.
Study trips: by study period, number of people, courses, bases, teachers, safety implementation and material confirmation. Red training: Confirm by course, on-site teaching, instructor, venue, transportation, accommodation and tickets.

What should you see in a quote?
Tour guide service fees, vehicle and driving services, tickets and reservations, boat tickets or bamboo rafts, meals, accommodation, lecturers or course materials are listed separately. Just hiring a tour guide does not automatically mean that vehicles, tickets and meals are included.
Items requiring additional payment, possible floating fees and inapplicable offers will be stated before confirmation. When comparing budgets, look at inclusions, service hours, and change terms on the same table.
What factors will change the cost?
Travel dates and holidays, number of people and age structure, language and tour guide schedule, cross-city or remote areas, morning and evening time slots and delayed services, number of vehicle seats, and course and venue requirements.
These are quotation variables, not reasons for arbitrary price increases after the fact. If there are new needs after the itinerary is confirmed, the cost should be communicated and written confirmation should be obtained before execution.
No shopping, no in-store subsidy quotes
If we arrange a shopping-store stop, compensation is CNY 5,000 per traveller.
When tourists make independent shopping requests, they should first confirm the nature and processing method. Whether the cultural experience includes product sales and whether it is optional or not should be stated in advance.
Cancellations, rescheduling and uncontrollable changes
The notification period for cancellation or rescheduling, expenses incurred, refundable and non-refundable items, ticket refunds and weather suspensions, etc. are all subject to the contract and the actual rules of the supplier confirmed in advance.
When inquiring, you can ask to write down three situations: cancellation before departure, reduction of items in the itinerary, and use of alternative activities due to weather. Clear terms are more important than ad hoc explanations.

| Shopping and changes | No shopping, breach of contract compensation, cancellation and rescheduling, weather adjustment | Write a service contract |
