You can still contact us if you haven’t decided on a route yet. Tell us whether you want to see the mountains, listen to the sea, visit the ancient city or take your children to study. We will start with the date, number of people and travel rhythm.
Three types of information make communication more effective
Basic arrangements: arrival and departure dates and cities, number of people, ages of children and seniors, and required languages. Travel interests: culture, islands, nature, rock tea, food, or specific places you want to visit.
Current reservations: transportation, hotels, tickets and vehicles; special needs: walking ability, accessibility, dietary allergies, course objectives or group organization requirements. Only provide information relevant to the service.
Contact your way
Domestic travelers can use phone or WeChat; overseas travelers can use WhatsApp, LINE or email. Contact information is listed directly on this page, and you can use the corresponding channel by clicking on it.
When a written plan, quotation details, course schedule or bill description are required, it is recommended to organize the requirements through email to facilitate both parties to check item by item.
What happens after making an inquiry?
First check the city, date, number of people and language, and then discuss possible routes and specific service areas. Plans and fees need to be confirmed in writing. Submitting a consultation does not mean payment, successful reservation, or locking in the tour guide schedule.
If there is a service problem during the trip, please indicate in the message that you are traveling, your location and the degree of urgency, and contact the person in charge by phone.

Write down your travel ideas first
It’s okay if you don’t have a complete plan yet, just start with dates, number of people, and interest.
This will open your Mail app, where you can review the content before sending it. Inquiries will not be submitted before being sent, and the schedule will not be locked.
