Tea Culture Study (Wuyi Rock Tea and Wanli Tea Ceremony) Study Course (Wuyi Mountain): Teaching Objectives, Curriculum and Task List

The study of tea culture completed the leap from "drinking tea" to "looking at craftsmanship" on-site in Wuyi Mountain: the mother tree Dahongpao Scenic Spot talked about varieties and mountains, the tea factory looked at roasting and review, and Xiamei talked about the starting logic of the Wanli Tea Ceremony.

Applicable to junior high school and high school; the teacher-student ratio is 1:50, and the task sheet includes variety blind evaluation cards and roasting records.

Teaching goals and literacy goals

• Scientific inquiry: Understand the effects of variety aroma, fermentation and roasting on the flavor of rock tea
• Labor literacy: complete participation in the review process and records
• Geographic Cognition: How mountain ranges, weathering and microclimate shape "rock bone flower fragrance"

Available school stages: junior high school and high school. The teaching objectives are written into each plan hierarchically by school stage, and should be confirmed with the school before leaving the group.

Operational guarantee

• The hot process area of the tea factory is implemented according to the factory safety line, and the instructor will accompany you throughout the process.
• The water used and tea samples for review shall be carried out according to national standards, and the amount of tea shall be controlled.
• The tea picking experience is arranged according to the season. Please confirm the capacity of the park in advance.

A set of tea sample boxes, variety blind evaluation cards and study logs; the blind evaluation results are commented by the instructor and formed into a report.

Can the course schedule be adjusted according to the school calendar?

Yes. The half-day version removes the Xiamei section, and the full-day version adds the Zhuzi Lane line; the number of task sheets increases or decreases with the class time.
